Common questions
Is this only for couples?
No. When you create a space you choose whether it's for a couple, a group of friends or a family, and the app adapts its wording and features to match. The Free plan fits 2 people (a whole couple); larger spaces, up to 20 people, come with the paid plans.
Can I invite someone to just one trip?
Yes. On the trip itself you enter an email address and your guest gets a private link to that one trip: they see the description, the itinerary and the date proposals, RSVP (“I'm in / can't make it”) and never need an account. They don't join the space, don't see your other plans and don't count towards the seat limit, so it works on Free too. You can revoke the invite at any time.
Do I have to invite someone straight away?
No. You can create a space on your own and start collecting ideas immediately, and send the invite whenever you like. Whoever joins will see everything you've already put together.
Can everyone else see everything I add?
The space is shared, so you all see the plans, the budget and the memories. You can mark individual photos as private, and those stay out of any shared reel or link. Chat and the journal never leave the space.
Is it free?
Yes, the entire planning core (plans, map, budget, itinerary, checklists, voting, journal, chat) is free. Paid plans add more people per space, more room for memories, video, and HD reel export. They're launching soon.
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in the browser on your phone and your computer. You can add it to your home screen like a regular app (PWA). It then opens full screen, and some things work without an internet connection too.
Is my data safe?
This is a private space just for you, with no ads and no tracking inside your content. Passwords are only ever stored as a secure hash. The details are in our privacy policy, and you can delete your account and its data yourself at any time.
What happens if I cancel a paid plan?
Your data and memories stay. The space returns to the Free plan. The limits (storage, number of photos, number of people) only apply to new additions. Nothing disappears.
